EULIST STUDENT CONFERENCE

Empowering student voices: Organised by students, for students across Europe

The EULiST Student Conference is a recurring flagship initiative designed to give students a direct voice in shaping the future of the alliance. Built on the core principle of “by students, for students,” the event brings together hundreds of young leaders, future researchers, and change-makers from across all member universities to collaborate, innovate, and drive real European impact.

A Platform for Student Leadership & Co-Creation

The conference goes beyond traditional academic gatherings – it serves as an active governance and networking platform where students co-create the European Higher Education Area.

Key Pillars of the Student Conference:

1. Student-Led Governance: Giving students an active role in evaluating alliance initiatives, pitching fresh ideas, and influencing decision-making processes.
2. Cross-Disciplinary Workshops: Tackling pressing societal challenges, technological advancements, sustainability, and soft-skill development.
3. International Network Building: Creating a vibrant environment where students from different cultural and academic backgrounds form lifelong European friendships and professional networks.

Highlight: 3rd International Edition in Brno

The power of this student-led model was showcased during the 3rd International EULiST Student Conference at Brno University of Technology (BUT), which welcomed over 200 enthusiastic students.
