The governance framework of the EULiST Alliance ensures transparent, inclusive, and efficient coordination across all partner institutions. Our model balances strategic oversight, academic integrity, and operational delivery with a strong emphasis on student involvement.
ABOUT US
The EULiST governance model is composed of three integrated tiers:
STRATEGIC TIER: Governing Board, Advisory Council, Student Board – The Governing Board (GB) provides strategic
leadership and makes high-level decisions. In addition, the Advisory Council and the Student Board contribute by
offering advice, perspectives, and stakeholder input to support the GB’s work.
EXECUTIVE/MANAGEMENT TIER: Management Board led by the Secretary General ensures implementation of
strategy, operational cohesion, and provides executive-level leadership.
OPERATIONAL COORDINATION: Alliance Coordination Office (Virtual) – Executes daily operations and ensures internal coordination and involvement at the institutional level.
